Meet Dr. Deukmedjian

Dr. Phaedra Deukmedjian, also known as "Mrs. Dr. Deuk" has been caring for children's smiles for over 20 years. With an expertise in pediatric dentistry, Dr. Deukmedjian strongly believes in preventative care with a holistic approach, focusing not just on teeth but on the whole child. She understands how oral health, growth, and airway development are all connected, impacting everything from sleep and nutrition to learning and overall well-being. Every visit is about more than a healthy smile, it's about supporting an overall healthy, happy child.

Dr. Deukmedjian studied Biology at UC Irvine, earned her dental degree at the University of the Pacific's Dugoni School of Dentistry, and completed her pediatric specialty training and master's degree at UT Houston. Outside the office, she volunteers her time in community outreach and partners with local schools to support children's health and smiles.

Meet Dr. Mark Deukmedjian

Dr. Mark Deukmedjian—affectionately known as "Mr. Dr. Deuk"—graduated from the University of the Pacific's Dugoni School of Dentistry where he earned both his dental degree and his master's degree in orthodontics. Before that, he studied at UC Irvine, which is also where he met his future wife, "Mrs. Dr. Deuk."

With almost 30 years of experience, Dr. Mark specializes in orthodontics, treating children, teens, and adults. His holistic philosophy goes beyond straightening teeth—he focuses on airway health, facial growth, and overall well-being, helping patients achieve confident smiles that are as functional and healthy as they are beautiful.

Outside the office, he and Dr. Phaedra are proud parents of two wonderful children and share their lives with two lovable bulldogs.

Meet Dr. Judith Pabst

Dr. Judith Pabst graduated from the University of Southern California in 1977 and has been serving the community for the last 40 years. She is a board certified pediatric dentist and a member of the American Dental Association, American Society of Pediatric Dentistry and the California Society of Pediatric Dentistry. She is a pillar in the community and has been providing care to multiple generations of smiles in the same family.

Dr. Pabst is married with 2 grown children and is a devoted grandmother to two beautiful grandchildren. In her spare time she enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her family.

Meet Miss Lilly

Miss Lilly is a three-year-old, fluffy Frenchie who joined our dental family when she was adopted by Drs. Phaedra and Mark in May 2025. From the moment she arrived, her gentle, quiet, and sweet demeanor made an immediate impression on both our team and our patients. She has quickly become a comforting presence in the office, bringing joy, calm, and plenty of smiles to children and parents alike.
